NCI seeking feedback on future data priorities

The National Computational Infrastructure (NCI) provides access to high-value datasets to researchers all over the country. Many of these datasets are nationally significant, and cover disciplines such as Meteorology, Bathymetry and Geophysics. These are accessible through various data portals and virtual laboratories. For more information on those, click here: http://nci.org.au/data-collections/data-collections/. We have developed a range of tools and services for data discovery, access, analysis and visualisation, and have made available over 10 Petabytes of national reference data collections. The data collections include numerical models, data products, earth observation data and topography data.

We are now seeking community feedback to help us understand the value of what is in place and what might be important for the future. We want your feedback about how effectively you are able to use the data offered at NCI, and what you’d like to see in the future.

Please fill in the survey at this link:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NCIDataServices.

We hope you take advantage of this opportunity to let us know what is and is not working for you within NCI’s data services.
